The SCCAI WIN Committee will be hosting its “First Friday” zoom series meeting for November. The topic will be “The Appraiser’s Toolkit: The Tools, Gadgets, Software of Apps that Elevate our Process”. The goal is to learn in this forum about specific tips to build our efficiency and quality, focusing on newly discovered tools in the past five years. At this meeting we intend to discuss how we can modernize our appraisal work with intention and habit-building.
